Why we chose Gaudavillas complex in San Pedro

We choice this property because it has two large swimming pools with life guards in the summer months and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. It is easy walking distance to the town of San Pedro for shopping and the beach is just 200 meters with its new boulevard and restaurants and market. Guadavillas was built in the 1980’s using traditional methods but with modern construction and still holds that charm of an old Spanish village that you would only find up in the hills.

For the price you will not find a larger house 260 sq meters that can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. This year 2019 we have spent £25,000 in upgrades to Include an additional master bedroom and a refurbished bathroom on the second floor. Previous years 2018 we refurbished the whole downstairs including kitchen and purchased new air-conditioning units for all rooms The house is also located at the back of the complex overlooking one of the greens on the golf course which is ideal for watching golf. To the front you have views of the mountain range. From the back of the house you step out onto the path that leads down to the beach and the chiringuito. A major plus for pool lovers is that the two pools are never busy and because of the location there is no traffic noise unlike some resorts located along the AP7.
